Frequently asked questions
Yes, we love to work on custom projects! E-mail merakiwooddesigns@gmail.com with your idea. Please include your name and phone number. We will get back to you as soon as we can. A custom drawing will be designed using SketchUp so you can see and approve your custom project to make sure it's perfect before work begins.
If your order is less than $250, payment will be due when the order is complete. Work will not start until you have approved the SketchUp drawing and the price quote.
Orders over $250 will require half of the total price as a down payment, approval of the SketchUp drawing and the price quote before work will begin.
